MOSCA, Colo. -- Jacob Burton lead the field to the green here Sat. night at John and Linda McCormick's Thunder Valley Speedway, and lead every lap, taking his 1st Colorado 1200 OUtlaws feature win over his brother Davis.
Dennis Bellanti challenged for a number of laps early in the event, until he got to high in turn 2 and was passed by both Davis Burton and Alan Davis. Alan Davis challenged a couple of times to try and take second, but Davis Burton maintained his spot and came to the flag in second, while A. Davis finished third.
After hitting the wall in his heat race, Nic Suttons crew made the needed repairs just in time to get him on the track for the feature, and he came forward from the rear of the field to finish fourth. Jeremiah Curtis brought his mount home in fifth. Bellanti held on for sixth, while Steve Becker finished seventh. Clint Schubert of Calhan came back from a mid race spin to take eighth, as Al Wilson and Jack Bongberg rounded out the top ten.
