In a unanimous 4-0 vote (Commissioner Sallie Clark was absent), Commissioner Douglas Bruce made the motion to approve the master plan in it's entirety for the El Paso County Fairgrounds improvements, including one of the main projects being the construction of a 1/4 mile dirt track to be utilized for motorsports activities this year.
